Should I Be Worried

Terms

These terms describe the current SIBW service and the responsibilities that come with using it.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, and you may submit only an account belonging to a person you reasonably believe is also at least 18.

The service

SIBW records observable interaction events and presents them through a private case page. The free check includes following the submitted account. A public comment is optional and may be used only where public content provides a natural context for an ordinary, non-sensitive comment that does not impersonate, provoke, harass, reveal the customer, solicit sexual content, or request private information. No private message is included in the free check.

Private messaging begins only after the customer chooses the one-time paid continuation or SIBW explicitly grants validation access. One case applies to one submitted target account on one submitted platform. SIBW does not independently search for other accounts, platforms, phone numbers, or private contact details.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information, having a lawful and appropriate reason to use the service, keeping the private case link secure, and using any reported information responsibly. Do not submit credentials or another person’s private account access.

No guaranteed outcome or interpretation

SIBW does not guarantee a follow-back, public response, private response, or any particular result. We report what was observed; we do not determine whether someone is loyal, interested, unfaithful, or what their behavior means.

Free and paid service

The free check uses public or light interaction only. Continue the Conversation is a one-time $19.90 purchase when payment is available. It provides one private conversation session, lasting up to 48 hours from the first private message actually sent, or until a clear observable outcome is reached, or the customer chooses to stop — whichever happens first. Payment, queue time, and message preparation do not start the timer. A temporary non-response does not end the session early.

It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. It does not promise unlimited replies, a guaranteed reply, continuous live operator coverage, or a fixed reply count. A clear observable outcome is a factual event such as a meeting being proposed or accepted, private contact being shared, a move to another private channel, explicit escalation, an explicit rejection or stop, a block, or a direct challenge about identity or purpose. SIBW records the event without interpreting intent or relationship meaning.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop future SIBW actions from an active case page. Before any external action is recorded, stopping cancels future work. After an action has happened, stopping prevents new actions but cannot undo the earlier action. The case and its event history are not deleted by stopping.

Refund handling is separate from stopping. Use the “Need help?” control for payment support; no fixed refund window or automatic refund condition is promised.

Prohibited misuse

Do not use SIBW for threats, harassment, stalking, coercion, blackmail, sexual or explicit solicitation, impersonating a specific real person, obtaining passwords, login codes, financial information or sensitive personal data, repeated contact after clear rejection, targeting minors, revenge, intimidation, or any request creating an obvious safety risk. We may refuse, stop, or cancel such requests.

Availability

Service availability depends on technical systems, third-party platforms, account restrictions, and the circumstances of each request. Features may be delayed, changed, suspended, or unavailable when needed to protect users, operators, or the service.

Limitations

SIBW provides factual service records without a promise that the information will be complete, decisive, or suitable for a particular personal decision. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SIBW is not responsible for decisions, relationship consequences, or third-party actions based on use of the service.
