Should I Be Worried

Privacy

How SIBW handles the information needed to provide your private contact check and case timeline.

Information we collect

We may collect the customer email, submitted social platform, profile handle or profile link, age confirmations, service and order status, and interaction records needed to provide the service. If payments are enabled and you continue, we may also store payment status, amount, currency, and processor reference identifiers.

The submitted profile identifies the account you want SIBW to interact with. It is not a credential for your own account. We do not ask for or store your social-media password.

How we use information

We use request details to operate the selected service, maintain the private case timeline, record observable events, provide support, prevent misuse, and administer the service. We do not use an interaction to decide what another person’s behavior means.

Service communications

We use the submitted email to send service-related updates, such as a change to the case status or a recorded response. We do not add marketing consent merely because someone submits a request.

Payment processors

When payment is available, checkout is handled by the configured payment processor. SIBW does not collect or store full payment-card details. The processor may handle payment information under its own privacy terms, while SIBW records the status and references needed to reconcile the purchase.

Data retention

We store case details, status and audit events, support requests, public-interaction records, and—when continuation access exists—the exact recorded incoming and outgoing private messages. Internal operator notes and refusal reasons are not shown on the public case page.

No fixed retention duration is currently implemented. Records remain stored until they are deleted through an authorized operational process.

Data sharing

We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, email, support, payment processing, or other operations; when required by law; or to protect the service and its users. We do not tell the submitted account who requested the check, but we cannot promise that a person will never infer who may have requested an interaction.

Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the service, including HTTPS for the public site and access controls for administrative information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests and contact

Use the “Need help?” control on this site to ask about your information, request deletion, stop future actions, request payment support, or raise a privacy concern. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant case. Deletion is handled after review; it is not automatic.

Changes to this policy

We may update this notice when the service or its practices change. The current version is the version published on this page.

We provide the facts. You decide what they mean.
